We are affiliated with leading health insurance providers such as Aviva and WPA. Prior to scheduling any tests, please ensure you contact your insurance provider to verify your policy coverage and acquire a pre-authorization number.
Once we’ve received a referral for you, we will reach out to schedule your test and will request the following information:
- The name of your insurance company
- Your policy or membership number
- Your claim reference number or pre-authorization code
Following this, we will handle communication directly with your insurance company for payment processing.
