What You’ll Need

Before your test is scheduled, please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage and obtain a pre-authorisation number. Once that’s done, we will require the following details:

  • Name of your insurance company

  • Policy or membership number

  • Claim reference number or pre-authorisation code

Once we receive this information, we’ll handle communication directly with your insurer to process payment and manage required documentation.

  • Some insurance companies may require a referral from your GP, specialist, or consultant.
