Shipping Information

Next-Day Delivery (UK Only):
We offer free next working day delivery on all orders of our test kits within the UK.

Same-Day Dispatch:
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery Partner:
We use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure secure, reliable delivery of your test kits.

Prepaid Sample Returns Included:
Each test kit includes a prepaid Royal Mail return envelope. Once you’ve collected your sample, simply place it in the provided return packaging, seal it, and drop it off at any Royal Mail postbox or collection point.
No additional postage required.
